The Vegas fine print

Travel is a flat $900 from our Orange County base — one line on the quote, no per-mile arithmetic. Convention centers bring their own rules and we know them: dock appointments, drayage paperwork, union coordination where required, and certificates of insurance handled before anyone asks. Power on a show floor is ordered through the venue; we’ll spec exactly what to request (one 20-amp circuit per press) so you don’t overpay the utility form.
