Pricing

Mobile patch bar pricing, without the mystery.

Every stop is quoted, because a Tuesday taproom night and a three-day county fair are different animals. But the math underneath is simple, and we’ll show you all of it.

The anchors

Base

From $5,000

A staffed local stop — crew, presses, patch wall, and setup — starts around $5,000 in Orange County, LA, or San Diego. Product is scoped on top based on guest count.

Crew

$250 per hour

Staffing runs $250/hr and the clock includes setup and teardown, not just the open window. No surprise line items for the hour we spent building the booth.

Travel

$900 outside SoCal

Stops beyond the OC–LA–San Diego corridor carry a flat $900 travel fee — Las Vegas is the most common. Nationwide routing is quoted per trip.

Three sample stops

Ballparks, not quotes — your patch mix and hat count move the number. But this is the honest shape of it.

What moves a quote up or down

  • Guest count sets hat and patch volume — the biggest single lever.
  • Hours live set crew time; remember setup and teardown ride on the same $250/hr rate.
  • Patch menu: stock chenille and emblem patches cost less than a custom-produced logo run.
  • Blank tier: a Richardson 112 build prices differently than an all-Flexfit or leather-heavy table.
  • Location: local corridor stops skip the travel fee entirely.

Send the date, city, and headcount and we’ll return one number with everything in it — product, crew, travel, and prep.
